Bikram Yoga is a specialized series of yoga poses copyrighted by Bikram Choudhury and designed for Americans. The studio is heated to 105 degrees 40% humidity with 26 poses for 90 minutes. This hot yoga practice helps with weight loss, strength, posture, mental clarity and skin tone.

Bikram Yoga Roslyn's classes run seven days a week with sessions from the studio's Bikram Yoga Certified instructors.

The studio's 3,400 square foot Bikram Yoga is equipped with a high-tech ionic air cleaning system to kill bacteria and monitors that track carbon dioxide and oxygen levels pumping in oxygen if levels get too low. The paint contains no volatile oxygen compounds and its floors are covered with antibacterial fabric which absorbs sweat, feels good and looks like wood.

The studio has two beautiful locker rooms and two private rooms offering wellness services that include massage therapy, facials, meditation, and Bio Mat therapy.

"Give me 30 days, I'll change your body. Give me 60 days, I'll change your life."
-Bikram Choudury, Founder of Bikram Yoga

Anyone who practices Bikram, a vigorous form of hot yoga, will agree that within a single class you feel as if you have been  reborn. No one knows this better than Keith Weidenman, a resident of Syosset, New York, who just completed 365 consecutive  days … and he plans to keep on sweating.

Our Winter Schedule is here!  We Now Have The 60 Minute Bikram,
Warm Vinyasa and Warm Power Hatha!

Bikram 60
We are excited to announce the introduction of The 60 Minute Hot Yoga Classes.
In doing so, we are answering a growing demand from students juggling life, family and professional obligations.
We believe that the 90-minute Bikram class is the most efficient, productive and healing beginner class that exists. In order to sustain the safety and lasting benefits of Bikram Yoga, our 60 Minute class keeps the exact 26-pose sequence and the savasanas - in other words, the integrity of the yoga we love and respect in form and essence (a few select poses are performed once instead of the traditional two sets).
To that end, we recommend that students NEW to Bikram Yoga take several 90-minute classes before attending The 60 Minute class, with the understanding that real progress is achieved during the 90-minute class. The 60 Minute class should be considered a maintenance class for experienced students, where fewer corrections, explanations and demonstrations are given.
Warm Vinyasa
The Warm Vinyasa Flow is practiced in a room heated to approximately 85 degrees. This yoga contains Pranayama with music and a variety of poses that range from a novice to an intermediate level.  This is a middle ground between Bikram heated classes and non-heated yoga. It is called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together linking breath with movement.  It is a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Flow classes string together to make a sequence.
